itpilot has developed and operates the web booking system for the leading Danish chain for physiotherapists, FysioDanmark. FysioDanmark has more than 70 clinics and is Denmark's largest quality-assured chain of physiotherapists and healthcare staff.

itpilot has delivered a custom developed software solution, that has enabled an improved level of service at FysioDanmark.

The system consists of a booking system with direct integration to an administrative internal system at the individual clinics as well as an administration part for handling physiotherapists and services in the booking system.

The platform is also integrated with insurance companies, which can directly refer their customers to the booking system from the company's own internal system via an API.

Furthermore, the system is integrated with the industry-wide platform, Digifys, which i.a. helps with sending out questionnaires to the patients.

The solution we have developed is thus a unique platform that enables FysioDanmark's clinics to share user data internally.

Data from the many clinics is continuously undergoing a uniform digital transformation. This creates a coherent digitization, which forms the basis for better data sharing.

The individual clinics can now access and add records, thus ensuring a better rehabilitation process, where the implemented parties have all the necessary information.
