By appointment, you can get remote support with our IT supporters via Splashtop during our opening hours, which are Monday - Friday at 08:30 - 16:30.
Note: By saving and running the Splashtop file, you only need to give permission for us to see your desktop. The program is not permanently installed on your device, but only runs temporarily.
The program is provided by Splashtop.com in collaboration with itpilot and is safe to use.
Splashtop is supported by both PC, Mac, and smartphones.
